HyperLink (Photo- left) "Howdy, I'm Spot. I'm new to Lord Botetourt. High School is nothing like what I thought it'd be. I don't know what all these humans worry about. The Livestock Facility is great! All I do is sleep and eat for hours and hours; it's the best! I am very shy to humans though, and I try to stay with Pedro or Peanut. I can't wait to get to know my caretakers better." - Spot

HyperLink "Hello, I'm Peanut. I am one of the new bull calves at Lord Botetourt's Livestock Facility. I can be a little dense sometimes, but I think that's alright. I love to eat, sleep, and be around my caretakers, but I also enjoy my privacy. (Not like Pedro, who follows you everywhere). I am easily spooked so make sure to be clear of my back legs." - Peanut

HyperLink "Hi! My name is Pedro! I'm a lovable bull calf that lives with Peanut and Spot. I am very rambunctious and love to follow my herd around the facility. Just remember that I'm not a lap-calf and I can still be dangerous to anyone who isn't trained or inexperienced." -Pedro

HyperLink Lord Botetourt now has a fully stocked and working Livestock Facility. Students in Ag classes will be participating this semester to feed three calves. Pedro, Spot, and Peanut will be going to the stockyard in March then we will be receiving new calves to care for.

Last semester, in Mr. Byrd's Intro to Ag classes, the students worked hard and diligently to build the proper facility for our new furry acquaintances. With everything running smoothly we can finally sit back and have a nice cup of milk to relax with.
